Capstone and its partner, Quadrangle Development are developing the 1200-room, $547M Marriott Marquis, Washington DC. The Marquis project has been designated as Washington's headquarter hotel, and will include over 100,000 square feet of well appointed meeting space, seven food and beverage outlets, a world-class fitness center, 400 parking spaces and will connect to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center via under ground concourse. The property will be operated by Marriott International and will open in early 2014.

Courtyard by Marriott, Atlanta, GA

Capstone and its partner, Diplomat Companies are proud to announce the opening of 150 rooms Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Atlanta, GA. This property is a conversion of a historic Carnegie Building and is located on Peachtree Street in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel will feature a stylish European coffeehouse called Café Intermezzo, with a diverse selection of beverages and deserts as well as a complete breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The hotel opened in January, 2011.

3 Palms Oceanfront Resort, Myrtle Beach, SC

Capstone has recently entered into a redevelopment and management agreement with Diplomat Companies to reposition this 137-room beach front property. The all suites property features ideal family accommodations with kitchens including microwaves, refrigerators, coffee/tea makers, and cookware/dishes. The comprehensive redevelopment and branding program is scheduled to be completed in late 2011.

Capstone and its partner Fenton Hospitality are developing an urban, 110-room, Fairfield Suites by Marriott hotel. The stylish, select service hotel is located in the heart of the Silver Spring, MD business district, has multiple demand generators and is convenient to Washington DC. The hotel will feature 20 well appointed suites, a business center, underground parking, street level retail and will be adjacent to an upscale residential development project. The property will be operated by Capstone Management Services and will open in 2012.
