Capstone, along with a local partner, completed the conversion and repositioning of a 160-room Comfort Suites as a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. The hotel is located in downtown Atlanta proximate to the Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome and the Georgia State Capitol. The acquisition and conversion was successfully completed in April 2012.
