Capstone, along with a local development partner, completed the repositioning of the historic Carnegie Office Building in downtown Atlanta as a 150-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. The original building was completed in 1925 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The $30 million redevelopment project began in 2008 and was completed in 2011.
